This completes the triforce of Google Drive apps for iOS, which consists of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides. Google Slides is available from the Apple App Store for free [Direct Link]. Google Docs Add-Ons
Google Drive has recently announced and released a new idea for Google Docs. It's called "add-ons". They're pretty much what the name tells you. Little widgets and tools to help you make a document. Some of the most popular include a consistency checker, a bibliography generator, and a translator. Go get started, go to Google Drive, open a doc, and click the "Add-ons" menu item.

Google Drive Has A Big Drive
If you want to store some data, be sure to check Google Drive (drive.google.com)! It gives you 15 GB of storage for free. Not only that, but it doesn't count files created in drive and photos larger than about 2000 x 2000 pixels. Try it out!

Let's get Productive: Writing a Report 4 School
If you're a kid like me, then you probably write reports for school digitally. Here are some rules for making sure you get the best out of your hard work.
- Save once AT LEAST every 5 minutes
- Don't use the Schoolloop Document Creator; It's not reliable!
- Use services like Google Drive, iWork, and Microsoft Office
- Find out if your computer auto-saves
- Don't wait until the last minute. You will regret it.
- Understand how to use your program
- Check your printer if you need it
- If you use an iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch for writing reports, I HIGHLY recommend buying the Pages (Document; $9.99), Numbers (Spreadsheet; $9.99), or Keynote (Presentation; $9.99) app. It's defiantly worth it. I usually use Pages and Keynote mostly for school. I rarely use Numbers for school.

Let's get Productive: Google Drive
Welcome to the first edition of "Let's get Productive", a series of posts to make you work more efficiently. This is obviously about Google Drive so let's get started. One of my most helpful tools in Google Drive is the reference bar on the right when editing a document. It's a small window that lets you Google anything. You can get quick and easy citations (which is perfect for those school reports) and quick facts. Be sure to set the preference of your citation prior to your search (MLA, APA, etc.). I hope this helps.
