Google Drive has recently announced and released a new idea for Google Docs. It's called "add-ons". They're pretty much what the name tells you. Little widgets and tools to help you make a document. Some of the most popular include a consistency checker, a bibliography generator, and a translator. Go get started, go to Google Drive, open a doc, and click the "Add-ons" menu item.
