Found by Steven Troughton-Smith, there is a 'Files' app placeholder on the App Store. This is likely a system able that can be deleted in iOS 11. As for functionality, it's probably a file system for iOS. There is nothing notable in the description or in the screenshots. We'll see how Files works tomorrow at WWDC.
