While it's currently only available for four apps, CareKit officially launched today. CareKit is a new Apple API that allows users to share their medical information to their doctors. This allows for real time tracking and daily reports. Patients can look at their own progress over time. Hopefully, we'll see CareKit expand into more apps in the future that are more centralized for overall health.
