According to Piper Jaffray, iPhone is still very popular among teenagers. As of this year, about 75% of surveyed teens expect their next phone to be an iPhone. In addition, just shy of 70% of those surveyed already own an iPhone. This is a pretty important demographic. Teenagers make up a large amount of the target demographic for smartphone companies. In addition, this can determine factors such as which platform(s) should a game developer pick for their next mobile app.
