Recently, I've found this issue popping up sometimes in iPhones. Actually, this procedure works with a lot of phones! Every once in a while, brand new phones with brand new voicemails already have a voicemail password (Not to be confused with a phone password). If you have a new voicemail with a password that you never put it in, try using the last four digits of your phone number. This will most likely fix it. Good luck!
