PCMag conducted an interesting survey on why people switch phones. Particularly from iOS to Android and vise versa. Most people who switch from Android to iOS do so because they believe iOS has a better user experience. iOS users seem to switch to Android because of better prices. Interestingly, people don't seem to switch as much in the sample for reasons like headphone jacks or lack of software updates. It seems to boil down if you believe you get what you pay for or not.
