Request Desktop Site: iOS 8

If you're on an iPhone, you may want to view the desktop version of a website instead of the mobile version of that site. To do this, go to a site (in Safari for iPhone) that has a mobile version of their site (not to be confused with an app). Tap the address bar at the top to show all of your favorite sites or bookmarks, and swipe down (in the direction as shown in the picture). This will reveal two new buttons. Tap the one that says "Request Desktop Site." This will get you a desktop version of the website. I hope this helps!
