Couch to 5K

A tradition to the coming of a new year is the "New Year Resolution." This is when people try to improve something about themselves through the new year. For people who want to exercise more or run a race of some sort should try Couch to 5K. It's a cool app that has a simple objective. To get you to exercise for 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week, for 9 weeks. Done. You're 5K ready.
