According to an anonymous MacRumors reader who emailed Tim Cook, Cook says that Apple is still committed to their Macintosh lineup. Apple hasn't updated their Mac lineup with anything major in quite some time, so customers are hoping to see an update soon. Rumors suggest that we'll see an update in October, supported by Tim's "stay tuned" in his email. Whether or not he personally wrote it has yet to be seen.
"I love the Mac and we are very committed to it. Stay tuned."
