The FBI!
Apparently, some hackers pretending to be the FBI are accusing innocent users of illegal acts. The site "locks" your browser by not letting you leave the page or close your browser unless you pay $300. Don't do it. If you were really accused by the FBI, they wouldn't do it over the internet. If you're on a Mac, just click on the Apple logo in the top-left corner > click "Force Quit" > and force quit the browser that had the FBI page on it. Hold shift as you start it up.
