Why, ngmoco:)?!
Recently, the game company, ngmoco:), made a statement saying the games We Rule, Godfinger, Touch Pets Cats, and Touch Pets Dogs 2 will be discontinued. They say that better games will come to fill the void. The apps will be removed from the Apple App Store on February 28, 2013. The service will be discontinued on March 30, 2013. More to come soon.
