The press has officially received their invitations to WWDC 2017. However, what's more interesting is what the invitation is implying. This basically guarantees that there will be no iPad Pro event and if there will be an iPad Pro announced, it will be at WWDC. Hardware hasn't been unveiled at WWDC in recent years, however with an iPad Pro update imminent and rumors of a Siri smart speaker, this may be the perfect time for Apple to revive this tradition.
