According to the DigiTimes, the iPad Pro will have increased production numbers. In July, shipments will increase to 600,000 units, from 500,000 units. Apple is clearly expecting a lot more sales with this iteration, as the iPad Pro has not had a major update for some time now. In addition, the fact that these shipments are in July may hint that the iPad Pro may have a July release, with an announcement at WWDC. Take that with a grain of salt, as this is my own speculation.
