AirPods Satisfaction Rate

AirPods have been out for about five months now. While most are still unable to get a pair due to stock issue, Experian and Creative Strategies have shared survey results regarding customer satisfaction of AirPods. Overall, they received a 98% satisfaction rate. Looking at the results below, customers seem very satisfied. However, it should be noted that those who purchase AirPods are likely deeply embedded into the Apple ecosystem and may not be representative of the average consumer.
