On computers without a Touch Bar, it can be a bit inefficient to constantly switch between tabs in a browser. Luckily, there's a little known keyboard trick that you can use. On macOS, use the command key and the number of the tab (left most is one and so on...). On PC, just do the same thing, but with control instead of command. What's nice is that this command is pretty universal. I've tested it on Safari and Chrome, but I'm sure other browsers use it as well. I hope this helps.
