Today marks the beginning of the annual iTunes Connect Winter Shutdown. What does that mean for us consumers? Well, that means whatever content on the App Store will have the same price until the shutdown is over on December 29th. If an app went on sale, that price won't go back to its normal price at least until the shutdown is over. The iTunes Connect Winter Shutdown is to allow the App Store Team, including the team that reviews each app requesting for approval on the App Store, to have a break.
