A small number of iPhone 6 Pluses have a faulty iSight camera that causes fuzzy images, even while the camera is perfectly still. Apple has started an iSight Camera Replacement Program for iPhone 6 Plus. If you have unusually fuzzy images from your iPhone 6 Plus, check your eligibility on Apple's site for the program. You will need your serial number.
