Upp is a new hydrogen fuel charger for USB devices. Instead of recharging a single battery, you buy replacement refills. It only releases water vapor. It's currently available in the United Kingdom, but will come to the United States soon. It costs about $200 and $9 for each refill and can't be charged at home.
