If you read my earlier post About HiddenApps (the app that lets you delete included apps), then you know that this app got past Apple App Store Guidelines. Later, the app was removed from the App Store. I managed to get a copy. Unfortunately, Apple made the person who made the app disable the functions of the app. In addition, the user is no longer allowed to create apps and put them on the App Store.
