On the newest MacBook Pro with Touch Bar, you can quickly access different settings. In the Control Strip (the area where the volume control typically is), you can hold option and tap an icon to access that button's System Preferences. For example, tapping Siri with option will open Siri's pane in System Preferences. I hope this helps.
