After Apple hinting at "Hey Siri" support for AirPods at their September event during the intro video, it seems inevitable that we'll see them at the October event. It's almost like Apple filmed the intro video, realized that AirPower would be delayed, and delayed the announcement of these new AirPods. Granted, it is unusual for Apple to hint at any new product with a concrete feature during an intro video. If AirPower has any update, it seems like AirPods will have an update as well.
