In the U.S. and the U.K., you can get a free $5 iTunes Gift card if you setup Apple Pay to make any purchase in an Apple Retail Store. This goes for any purchase, including a gift card purchase. To qualify, an Apple Retail employee will ask you if you would like to use Apple Pay. If you decline, they'll offer to set you up. Note that you can't get the gift card if you already have Apple Pay setup, although you could probably just delete all your cards if you really want that gift card. This offer runs through this week.
